Ingredients

• Yam | 1 kg
• Beetroot | 1 unit(s)
• Salt | 1 to taste
• Black pepper | 1 to taste

Recipe

1. Peel the whole yam and place in cold water to cook.
2. Once soft, turn off the heat and drain the water.
3. Add the yam to the blender and the chopped raw beetroot.
4. Add a little water just to liquefy everything.
5. After homogenization, add salt and pepper to taste.
