Add the skillet over medium heat, in this order:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 to 2 plantains
- Cassava flour until the fat is absorbed
- 1 finely chopped chili pepper
- chopped or whole pine nuts, as you prefer
- chopped parsley
- salt to taste
