  • Banana | 2 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour | 2 cup
  • Girl's Finger Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Cooked pine nuts | 1 cup
  • Parsley |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a large heated skillet, fry bacon.
  2. Add the skillet over medium heat, in this order: - 3 tablespoons of butter - 1 chopped onion - 1 minced garlic - 2 whole eggs - 1 to 2 plantains - Cassava flour until the fat is absorbed - 1 finely chopped chili pepper - chopped or whole pine nuts, as you prefer - chopped parsley - salt to taste
