- Cut the pineapple, apple (without peel) and pepper into cubes.
- Take it to the blender, add the glass of water and beat until all the elements are crushed.
- Put the sugar in a pan and throw the mixture from the blender.
- Add the juice of half a lemon
- Bring to a boil until reduced to a jelly-like consistency (stir occasionally)
