  • Rice | 2 cup
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Pea | 1 can(s)
  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Ham | 150 g
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Onion |  to taste
  • Garlic |  to taste


  1. Prepare white rice as usual.
  2. While it's cooking, peel and chop the carrot and put it to cook too.
  3. In a skillet put a thread of oil, the eggs and stir. After the scrambled eggs are ready, add already boiled corn, peas and carrots.
  4. In a bowl add the rice, the other cooked vegetables and finally the chopped ham. Mix well and then just serve
