  • Corn and Peas1 can(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Water1 l
  • Salt and spices1 to taste
  • One raisin1/2 cup
  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the rice and fry, then add water, the seleta, the corn and peas and season to taste.
  3. When the rice is almost cooked add the raisins, when the rice is cooked it is ready.
