- Sliced medium onions2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni Pepper1 teaspoon
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- 4 bay leaves to taste
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Olives (tea)1 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar or White Wine1 unit(s)
- Glass to preserve.1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Wash the potatoes well, poke holes in them then put them to cook with salt (knowing that they have to be al dente – it cannot be too soft) From 10 to 12 minutes or until the first boil comes to a boil.
- When they cool down, alternate layers of onions, garlic, pepperoni, bay leaves and olives, always basting with oil and vinegar.
