- Onion cut into petals | 1 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 200 ml
- Vinegar | 300 ml
- Water | 300 ml
- Salt | to taste
- Bring the water to a boil, and when it boils, turn off the heat and throw in the chopped onion. Leave for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the onion from the water, place it in a well-sanitized glass pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover the pot tightly and let it cure in the fridge for a couple of days.
