  • Onion cut into petals | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 200 ml
  • Vinegar | 300 ml
  • Water | 300 ml
  • Salt |  to taste


  1. Bring the water to a boil, and when it boils, turn off the heat and throw in the chopped onion. Leave for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the onion from the water, place it in a well-sanitized glass pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cover the pot tightly and let it cure in the fridge for a couple of days.
