- Grated Parmesan Cheese | 3 tablespoon
- Basil | 1/2 cup

- Before using the garlic, remove the white part from the middle, it makes the garlic indigestible.
In a food processor or blender, first beat part of the oil with the walnuts, garlic and Parmesan cheese, until crushed.
Add the basil leaves, remaining oil and beat again until a sauce forms.
The less you beat the leaves, the better, so they don't turn dark.
