Ingredients

  • Pepperoni | 1 kg
  • Tomato | 2 unit(s)
  • Olive | 100 g
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1 teaspoon
  • Oil | 40 ml

Recipe

  1. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, heat it up and put the pepperoni to brown.
  2. Add cheese, tomato and olive oil, in that order. Add pepper and salt and let the cheese melt. When the pepperoni has formed a crust, turn it off, it's the ideal point.
