- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Smoked paprika, pepperoni, cumin and oregano1 teaspoon
- Coriander to taste
- Cook the potato in salted water and drain.
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil and fry the pepperoni, add all the seasonings and let it sauté.
- Then put the potatoes, mix a lot, turn off the fire and finish with the cilantro.
