- Olive oil, oil or butter.2 teaspoon
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Cassava Flour1 cup
- On medium or low heat, add the oil or other fat of your choice to brown the pulled and cubed or grated pepperoni.
- After browning the pepperoni, add the crushed onion.
- When the onion "disappears" add the eggs and stir until they fry well. At this point also add salt or other seasonings you like.
- Add the carrot and stir until it reduces in size.
- Finally add the flour little by little, when you finish adding the flour turn off the heat, if you feel that you have overdone the flour to make the farofa more "wet" add three strands of oil after it is ready.
