- Filtered water100 ml
- Brazil Nuts1/4 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients except the Brazil nuts, until smooth.
- Add the chestnuts and beat just a little, so that there are a few pieces and keep the crunch!
