- Penne Noodles100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- 1 Cook the pasta al dente.
- 2 In a pan, brown the onion in butter.
- 3 After the onion is golden, add the milk, cornstarch and salt to taste, mix well until boiling
- 4 After boiling, add the cream and leave it on low heat until it forms a cream.
- 5 In a Pyrex dish, place the pasta and pour the sauce on top.
