- Soybean or sunflower oil4 tablespoon
- Passion fruit (pure fruit juice, with seeds)8 tablespoon
- Cassava flour300 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Saute garlic and onion in butter and oil until translucent.
- Add the passion fruit juice and let it cook for a few minutes on low heat.
- Add the manioc flour and let it brown completely, until it gets crispy. Stir constantly so it doesn't burn.
- Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
