Unleavened Wheat Flour6 tablespoon

Milk1/2 cup
Tomato sauce1 cup
Grated Mozzarella Cheese200 g
Shredded ham200 g

In the blender place the eggs, wheat flour, milk, oil, salt, grated cheese and beat for 10 minutes.
In a non-stick frying pan, preheat and place a ladle of the beaten liquid, passing the spoon so that it is very smooth.
After roasting one side, turn to roast the other part.
Put some cheese and grated ham and roll the pancakes
Do this until all the pancakes are done.
Grease a refractory with oil and place all the pancakes
Put tomato sauce on top of the pancakes and bake for 10 minutes at 160°
