Numa panela adicione a banha de porco, a linguiça em cubos, frite bem e adicione a cebola, o alho, refogue e adicione o arroz, o sal, açafrão, colorau e a pimenta-do-reino, refogue mais um pouco e adicione os pimentões e a água, mexa abaixe o fogo e tampe, quando a água estiver quase seca adicione o queijo e as pimentinhas, tampe e espere secar toda a água, agora é só servir! Fica bom demais!
