  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Place a wide-bottomed pan over medium heat. It is important to have space at the bottom of the pan so that the flour roasts evenly. Put the butter and palm oil. Let all the butter melt and add the onion. Fry the onion for five minutes, stirring so it doesn't brown. Add the flour and reduce the heat. Do not stop stirring as the flour burns quickly. Allow to toast until the flour changes color, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and your farofa is ready. 😋😋😋
