- First we must cut the meat into cubes, wash and take it to pressure for 25 minutes. (we must remove the salt from the meat a little, just a little)
- After cooking and removing the salt, we will pass it in the processor or blender, so that it is well crushed. (RESERVE)
- Now we are going to crush the garlic and onion, after crushing we will sauté it with plenty of oil, salt and coloring. (Don't put too much salt)
- After everything is well sautéed, we add the meat little by little so that it is well fried.
- After the meat is well fried, after the meat is well fried, we add the flour little by little, always remembering to stir a lot to mix the two components.
- When everything is well mixed, adjust the salt and that's it. Your pie is done.
- If you see that the paçoca is too dry, add more oil and mix well.
