Cooked rice4 cup
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Milk150 ml
Egg2 unit(s)
Corn1 unit(s)
Pea1 unit(s)
grated carrot1 unit(s)
Green onions1 cup
Chopped ham200 g
grated mozzarella300 g
Salt1 to taste

In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, green corn, peas, carrots, 100 grams of mozzarella, 100 grams of ham and green onions.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, along with the milk and cream. Then add this mixture with the rice.
In a greased shape add the rice mixture and to finish add 100 grams of ham and 200 grams of mozzarella on top.
Then put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
