- Bacon to taste
- Pea200 g
- Corn200 g
- Cottage cheese400 g
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Grated Parmesan for gratin to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in butter
- Add the pepperoni and bacon
- Mix the rice and the rest of the ingredients, being the curd cheese last.
- Forre with ham and cheese, and parmesan.
- Place in the oven to brown
- Call the family and serve.
