- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it into slices.
- Then season with salt and saffron, mix the olive oil and put it in a shape.
- Finally, place the oregano on top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Help yourself well.
- If you want, after ready, add some honey on top.
