 Pimeiro corte as laranjas esprema o suco.Depois reserve

 First cut the oranges and squeeze the juice. Then set aside

Descasque o mamão e depois corte em pedaços pequenos.

Peel the papaya and then cut it into small pieces.

Em um liquidificador coloque o suco espremido juntamente com o mamão.

In a blender place the juice squeezed together with the papaya.

Acrescente a água e logo em seguida adicione o açúcar a gosto. Por 1 minuto e pronto.

Add the water and then add the sugar to taste. For 1 minute and that's it.
