- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Vinegar1/2 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the onions in half, then into small slices. Place in a bowl, add cold water to cover and let stand for 30 min.
- Drain the water, add the parsley and spices, mix very well. Add vinegar and oil. Mix again.
