Tuscan sausage

Comecei descascando a  cebola e cortando em rodelas .

I started by peeling the onion and cutting it into slices.

Agora cortei as linguiça em rodelinhas e coloquei na panela . Coloquei o óleo por cima e deixei fritar 

Now I cut the sausages into slices and put them in the pan. I put the oil on top and let it fry.

Depois vá virando elas até ficarem bem fritinhas. 

Then turn them over until they are crispy.

Por último acrescentei a cebola em rodelas mexi bem e servir 

Finally, I added the sliced onion, stir well and serve.
