Fresh sausage

Na panela coloque um fio de óleo e deixei esquentar.  Coloquei a linguiça e deixei fritar em fogo baixo. 

Put a little oil in the pan and let it heat up. I put the sausage and let it fry on low heat.

Com a panela tampada deixei fritar bem depois virei o outro lado e deixei fritar. 

With the pan covered I let it fry well then I turned the other side and let it fry.

Por último descasque a cebola e corte em rodelas .

Finally, peel the onion and cut into slices.

Depois coloque em cima das linguiças já frita e mexe bem . Até a cebola murchar um pouco . 

Then put it on top of the already fried sausages and mix well. Until the onion wilts a little.
