- Liver1 kg
- Jilo10 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- White onion1 unit(s)
- Pork fat to taste
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Ajinomoto to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Cachaça to taste
- Cut the livers into cubes and set aside
- Cut the onions into slices and re-aerate
- Cut the jilos into slices and set aside
- Chop the garlic and set aside
- In a pan put the fat and let it melt, while it melts add the seasonings such as salt, ajinomoto, lemon pepper.
- After melting, put the onions and let them brown a little, then add the liver and let it fry a little and the eggplant. Let it fry for about 5 minutes
- Add the cachaça, leave it on low heat until all the broth is reduced or there is almost nothing left.
- Serve with white rice, you can eat it as a snack or even with bread as a snack.
