- Cassava flour | 1 cup
- Onion, chopped | 1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice | 3 tablespoon
- Oil | 2 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove | 3 unit(s)
- Put the oil in the pan and add the garlic and onion and let it brown.
- Gradually add the flour and stir over low heat.
- When the flour starts to brown a little, add the lemon and stir a little more until it gets dry and it's ready.
