• Mozzarella cheese | 100 g
• Oregano |  to taste
• Oil | 1 tablespoon
• Paprika |  to taste
• Black pepper |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Onion slices | 1 unit(s)
• Sliced Tomatoes | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Add the egg, salt, paprika and black pepper and mix well.
2. Add the oil in a pan and let it heat up.
3. Add beaten egg and onion
4. Let it fry on one side after the other.
5. Add the mozzarella cheese and tomato on top.
6. Cover and let the cheese melt.
7. Lastly, sprinkle with the oregano
