Eggs

Coloque os ovos em prato e bati com o garfo.

Place the eggs on a plate and beat with a fork.

Pique os presunto e o queijo e misture junto com o ovo .

Chop the ham and cheese and mix together with the egg.

Depois coloquei o sal , pimenta do reino e orégano e misturei .

Then I added the salt, black pepper and oregano and mixed.

Por último coloquei a salsinha picada.  
Pegue uma frigideira e coloque o azeite e deixei esquentar 

Finally, I added the chopped parsley.
Take a frying pan and add the oil and let it heat up.

Depois coloque a omelete e deixie frita de um lado e depois vire ela do outro lado . 

Then put the omelet and let it fry on one side and then turn it on the other side.
