- Cooked rice noodles1 cup
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Half tomato, cut into wedges1 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Boiled Broccoli1 unit(s)

- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook a cup of pasta with water and salt.
- Once cooked, wash in running water.
- In a pan, place the butter and the crushed garlic and sauté the pasta and add tomato sauce.
- Put enough water in a pot to cover two eggs, bring the water to a boil, then add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
- While still hot, place in cold or iced water and peel more easily.
- Then assemble your plate according to the photo, cut the eggs in four, the tomatoes, shred the lettuce with your hands.
- In a pan put the olive oil, garlic and broccoli, sauté and put salt, add just 1/4 of a cup of water, and let it cook on low heat.
