Ingredients

  • Cooked rice noodles | 1 cup
  • Tomato sauce | 2 tablespoon
  • Half tomato, cut into wedges | 1 unit(s)
  • Boiled Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Boiled Broccoli | 1 unit(s)
  • curly lettuce | 1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Butter | 1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook a cup of pasta with water and salt.
  2. Once cooked, wash in running water.
  3. In a pan, place the butter and the crushed garlic and sauté the pasta and add tomato sauce.
  4. Put enough water in a pot to cover two eggs, bring the water to a boil, then add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. While still hot, place in cold or iced water and peel more easily.
  6. Then assemble your plate according to the photo, cut the eggs in four, the tomatoes, shred the lettuce with your hands.
  7. In a pan put the olive oil, garlic and broccoli, sauté and put salt, add just 1/4 of a cup of water, and let it cook on low heat.
