  • Beef tripe300 g
  • Beef Mocotó300 g
  • Pepperoni sausage300 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Blanch the jerked beef, tripe, mocoto and fava separately three times in a row.
  2. Place the fava beans in a pan, cover with water and cook until slightly soft.
  3. Put the jerked beef, the tripe, the mocotó, the sausage and add it to the fava. Cover with water and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, salt to taste.
  4. Cook for 1 hour and serve.
