Ingredients

  • Chopped Onion | 1 tablespoon
  • Small minced garlic clove | 1 unit(s)
  • Butter | 1 teaspoon
  • Yellow Mustard | 3 tablespoon
  • Honey | 2 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt |  to taste
  • Water | 1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch | 1/2 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the water and mix, then the mustard, honey and salt.
  3. When it boils, add the starch diluted in water and keep stirring until it starts to thicken.
  4. Then serve as an accompaniment to the tenderloin.
