  • Brown rice500 g
  • Barley100 g
  • Red rice100 g
  • Soybeans100 g
  • Quinoa in black beans20 g
  • Red Quinoa Grains20 g
  • White Quinoa Grains20 g
  • Minced garlic1 tablespoon
  • Fresh thyme sprig1 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In a bowl mix the rice with all the grains and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
  3. Add the rice mixture to the grains and mix.
  4. Add 1 liter of hot water, the thyme sprig, the bay leaf and add the salt.
  5. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  6. If necessary, add more hot water to finish cooking.
