- Barley100 g
- Red rice100 g
- Soybeans100 g
- Quinoa in black beans20 g
- Red Quinoa Grains20 g
- White Quinoa Grains20 g
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme sprig1 unit(s)
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- In a bowl mix the rice with all the grains and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic.
- Add the rice mixture to the grains and mix.
- Add 1 liter of hot water, the thyme sprig, the bay leaf and add the salt.
- Stir everything together and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- If necessary, add more hot water to finish cooking.
