- Moroccan Couscous (1 and 1/2 cup)1 cup
- Orange juice (1 and 1/2 cup)1 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Red onion4 tablespoon
- Sliced garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
- Shrimp500 g
- In a skillet, melt the butter, brown the garlic and sauté the shrimp. Reserve
- Put the couscous to hydrate in the orange juice. Wait 5 minutes and loosen the grains with the fork. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, brown the onion in the oil until wilted, add the hydrated couscous and half the shrimp. Adjust salt and season with black pepper and chopped parsley. Mix and reserve.
- In the serving bowl, place all the couscous and use the rest of the shrimp to decorate. Enjoy your food!
