  • Cream cheese light40 g
  • millet50 g
  • Red Quinoa25 g
  • Chopped Onion25 g
  • Minced garlic5 g
  • White wine25 ml
  • Vegetable Almond Cream100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese24 g
  • Broccoli50 g
  • Chopped Parsley5 g
  • Lemon (lemon juice)1/4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil200 ml
  1. Cook the quinoa and millet in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, drain and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the cereal and sauté for 2 min. Deglaze with white wine until reduced. Add cream cheese and vegetable cream. Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, broccoli, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
