  • Pickles to taste
  • Olives to taste
  • For the garnish: baked potato3 unit(s)
  • Scallions2 unit(s)
  • Green garlic stalk2 unit(s)

  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Season the minced meat with onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Spread the foil, which we spread with olive oil, to which we add red pepper.
  4. Spread the minced meat on the aluminum foil.
  5. Drizzle with the remaining oil and form a rectangular shape.
  6. Arrange 4 pieces of cheese, boiled eggs, pickles and olives.
  7. Wrap together with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
