Ingredients

  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Ground duckling | 500 g
  • Oats | 1/2 cup
  • Green Smell |  to taste
  • Chopped Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. 1. In a bowl, place the ground beef, add the egg, parsley, onion and oatmeal. 2. With clean hands, mix everything until smooth. 3. Add seasonings and salt. 4. Mix again with your hands. 5. Shape all this meat mass into small balls. 6. Grease a mold, distribute the balls and drizzle with oil. I baked in the airfryer for 18 minutes at 200°. 7. You can fry or bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. 8. Serve with a sauce and finish with grated cheese.
