from black olives2 tablespoon
minced beef500 g
from Olive oil1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
White Wine2 cup
small tomato1 can(s)
mozzarella cheese1 cup
chopped parsley1 tablespoon
salt q.b.. to taste
pepper q.b.. to taste

Chop 1 onion and the olives and mix both with the minced meat. .
Season with salt and pepper and mold into balls.
Heat the oil to heat and brown the meatballs. Remove and reserve.
Chop the remaining onion and garlic cloves and sauté them in the same fat as the meatballs.
Refresh with wine and reduce.
Then add the tomato and let it cook for another five minutes.
Remove, grind the sauce and pass it through a mesh strainer.
Return to the heat with the meatballs and cook over low heat for ten minutes.
After the time has elapsed, place the cheese in slices between the meatballs and let it cook for a few more minutes, until the cheese melts.
Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
