- Cassava | 400 g
- Chicken broth | 2 tablespoon
- Rib | 700 g
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic | 3 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- paprika | 1 dessert spoon
Recipe
- Crush the garlic and set aside
- Chop the onion and set aside
- Season the meat with the onion and garlic, add salt and paprika and mix well.
