  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper to taste
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Oregano1 teaspoon
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn and peas (optional) to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract150 g
  • Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce to taste
  1. To prepare the ground beef: Season the meat with salt, oregano, paprika, saffron. Sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil in a pan for a minute, and add the seasoned meat. Saute the meat well and then add the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Add the tomato paste, the water and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. To prepare the dough: Beat the wheat flour, milk, oil and eggs in a blender. Also add salt to taste. Whisk everything together until it becomes a thin, smooth, homogeneous cream.
  3. Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat and let it heat up. Put the dough to form the pancake, wait for it to be ready on one side and turn it over. When the other side is ready, remove the dough and place it on a plate. After preparing all the pancakes, just fill them, put them on a platter and pour the tomato sauce and cheese on top. Bake at 180°C just to brown the cheese.
