- Cold milk | 200 ml
- Juice of half a lemon | to taste
- A pinch of salt | to taste
- Garlic Clove | 1 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil until done | to taste
- In a blender, place the milk, lemon juice, salt and garlic (optional).
Place the lid on the blender jar without the middle lid.
Turn on the blender and put the oil in a thread until it reaches the point of mayonnaise.
The point of mayonnaise is when the blender blades can no longer beat easily, because the mayonnaise is very thick and consistent.
You can season your mayonnaise with fresh or dried herbs, eat it plain or use it to season salads.
