- Carrot500 g

- Green Smell to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Peel and cut the potato and carrot into small cubes and cook with a pinch of salt until soft.
- Once cooked, drain the water well and transfer to a container.
- Then add the mayonnaise, oregano, olive oil, onion and the green smell and mix everything.
