- Soybean oil500 ml
- Salt to taste
- In the blender add the cold milk, garlic, chopped green smell and beat everything
- Open the lid of the blender and start pouring the oil in a stream and continue beating until it reaches the texture of mayonnaise.
- You've reached the right consistency, when you stop seeing the blender blade and no longer open a hole in the middle of the mayonnaise
- After turning off, season your mayonnaise to taste with salt
- Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the fridge.
