- I started by cutting the potatoes and putting them to cook with the water. After they are soft, drain and pass them through a potato masher.
- Then I put the mashed potatoes in the pan, along with the milk, the butter and the black pepper.
- I took it to the fire, mixing well until it started to thicken.
- Then just put it in a pyrex and serve hot.
