- Milk1 cup
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Margarine100 g
- Shredded framb cheese6 tablespoon
- Wash, peel, cut into slices and cook until soft
- Mash in a potato masher and place in a pan.
- Place the milk, the washed chives, the grated cheese in the blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Place in the pan along with the potato and cook stirring for 10 minutes.
- Put the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes, turn off and serve
