Sliced Potatoes

Milk

Butter

Salt and chopped parsley

Mashed potatoes

Comecei descascando as batatas e cortando em pedaços pequenos.  Coloquei na panela até cobrir de água as batatas e coloqui sal e deixei cozinhar até ficar molinhas .

I started by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into small pieces. I put the potatoes in the pan until the potatoes were covered with water and I added salt and let them cook until they were soft.

Depois passei as batatas no espremedor e voltei com elas para a panela . 

Then I passed the potatoes through the ricer and returned with them to the pan.

Adicionei o leite e a manteiga e salsinha . Liguei o fogo médio e comecei a misturar todos os ingredientes.  Assim que começar a desgrudar da panela e que o purê está pronto . Depois e só servir como preferir 

I added the milk and butter and parsley. I turned on the medium heat and started to mix all the ingredients. As soon as it starts to detach from the pan and the puree is ready. Then and only serve as you prefer
