- Salt to taste
- Add the diced or halved potatoes to a pan with water and salt to taste and cook until the potatoes are soft.
- Drain the potatoes and place in the blender, add three spoons of cream cheese, a spoon of Margarine salt and beat until a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
