Chopped ribs350 kg
Thin sausage1/2 kg
Bacon200 kg
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Onion leaf to taste
Seasoning to taste
Corn1 can(s)
Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
Raisins100 g

Season the ribs and fry them, and make a stew of them.
In the pan that will make the rice, fry the bacon and the sausage (the oil will release enough oil to drown the rice)
Place the washed rice and the chopped onion next to the bacon and sausage and fry it a little.
Place the ribs with the broth in the rice, add the carrots and let it cook normally.
After cooking, transfer the rice to a platter, add the green corn and the raisin, stir a little.
Sprinkle chives to decorate.
